Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in or around Orange County, CA. The role involves providing in-home family therapy services, offering guidance and support to teens, young adults, and their families both after, and as an alternative to intensive treatment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, parent coaching, case coordination, IEP implementation, and general wraparound related support. Qualifications Proficiency in therapeutics modalities like DBT, CBT, etc Sound understanding of Family Systems Experience in Case Management, with a focus on family and individual support Strong background in Mental Health and Behavioral Health interventions Valid LCSW or LMFT license in the state of California Ability pass background check Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home services Strong ability to communicate with other clinical and educational professionals
