Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Engagement
Analyst - Complaints Handler.
Key Responsibilities
Review and investigate individual and complex complaints to
determine root causes of customer dissatisfaction
Communicate with internal teams and consumers via telephone or
email regarding complaints
Analyze complaints data and report customer feedback to assist in
service and product improvement
Required Qualifications
Secondary education is required; higher education is preferable
Experience in customer service and/or the financial services
industry is preferable
Previous experience in complaint handling is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Ability to receive training to navigate a case management tool
