Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Workplace Process & Platform
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with implementation teams to support the relaunch of
ServiceNow, aligning processes across IT, Facilities, and HR
Enhance integration between Moveworks and ServiceNow to drive
automation and deflection
Establish documentation and process governance to support audit
readiness and define operational KPIs for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms,
with exposure to cross-departmental workflows
Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Moveworks is a
plus
Experience in audit-aligned environments, including ISO 27001 or
SOX readiness
Proven ability to work independently and produce clear, repeatable
documentation
Strong organizational skills and a bias for action
