Key Responsibilities
Manage customers' tailored implementation experiences to ensure
success in achieving business goals
Oversee ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables
shared with multiple stakeholders
Enhance the social sophistication of customers and the team to
adapt to evolving social media needs
Required Qualifications
2+ years in social media strategy, professional services, or
customer-facing roles in SaaS
Experience in training and navigating a software platform
Project management experience
Understanding of social networks and social media strategy for
large organizations
Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
