A company is looking for a Business Process Senior Consultant
responsible for leading process and project support to enhance
business initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and compliance of policies and procedures to
improve efficiency and customer service
Provide complex analysis and decision support to drive continuous
improvement across multiple disciplines
Act as a business project manager for large process improvement
projects, collaborating with IT and business partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
A minimum of seven years of related work experience
In-depth knowledge of project management principles
Expert knowledge of change management principles and methods
Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis
