A company is looking for an SVP - National Personal Insurance
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the alignment and consolidation of national personal lines
insurance carrier relationships
Strengthen strategic partnerships with key insurers to enhance
product offerings and profitability
Create and implement a national Mid-Market Personal Insurance
Practice with standardized operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of personal lines insurance leadership experience
Strong understanding of national carrier partnerships and market
trends
Proven track record of building and scaling practices within an
insurance brokerage
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading change in matrixed
organizations
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry
designations preferred
