Job Description:
A company is looking for a Conversation Designer II.
Key Responsibilities
Design innovative conversational experiences using user-centric
methodologies and LLM prompting technologies
Collaborate with enterprise brands to define automation roadmaps
based on business goals and customer intents
Create bot design documents and review customer transcripts to
enhance conversation designs
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of related experience, with at least 2 years in
Conversation Design or 3 years in a UX-related role
Prior hands-on experience with Generative AI is preferred
Knowledge of Natural Language Understanding technologies and
conversational channels
Bachelor's Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or
equivalent professional experience
Portfolio showcasing bot strategy and conversation design work
