Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product who will lead product
strategy and team management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned
with company goals
Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based
on market needs
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and
designers
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a
leadership role
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree is a
plus
Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
Experience with agile methodologies and project management
frameworks
Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
