Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to provide
technical support for software applications, hardware, and remote
technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for telephone and email
inquiries
Provide onsite and remote support to users, including
troubleshooting and system imaging
Update and track IT assets, and document standard operating
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
At least three years of experience in telephone and remote
technical support or desk-side support
Experience with Microsoft Windows and network technologies
Knowledge of desktop and laptop imaging and deployment
Familiarity with IT asset management, including software licensing
and hardware inventory
