Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consult Coordinator for the 2nd shift
in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure
excellence in patient care
Communicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and Access
TeleCare physicians for timely patient care
Provide Tier 1 technical support and facilitate handoff to Tier 2
IT support as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT
environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication
tools
Ability to learn software and systems quickly
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
