Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Property & Casualty Licensed
Insurance Representative - Non-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer
inquiries
Provide excellent customer service through active listening and
issue resolution
Work with confidential customer information and assist with pricing
plans and sensitive situations
Required Qualifications
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Must be over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Possess an active home state Property and Casualty License
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows
operating systems
