Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Sourcing Strategist,
responsible for building the sourcing and candidate pipeline
process.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top
candidates
Build relationships with potential candidates to showcase the
company culture and opportunities
Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to
develop effective sourcing plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field,
or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of experience in full cycle recruitment and/or
talent sourcing
High proficiency in sourcing tools, including social media and
Boolean searches
