A company is looking for an Account Review Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain relationships with assigned business
accounts, serving as the main contact for operational issues
Assist with delinquency management, client systems, and program
implementations while promoting electronic solutions
Ensure high service satisfaction by following up on inquiries,
providing training, and coordinating with internal teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically three to five years of customer service experience
Thorough knowledge of operational processes and company products
and services
Proficient in relevant computer systems for reporting and
troubleshooting
Ability to perform interest calculations and account
adjustments
