A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to lead
and optimize its global revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring
alignment with business objectives
Establish and optimize forecasting models and revenue performance
metrics to provide actionable insights
Build and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team,
fostering cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or
Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related
field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of designing and scaling revenue operations
functions that drive measurable impact
Deep expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and enterprise sales tools
Experience owning forecasting, GTM strategy, pricing, and
commission planning in a high-growth environment
