Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I to assist with a
residential energy affordability and greenhouse gas reduction
program in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the public to identify their needs and recommend
appropriate energy reduction strategies
Support the delivery of energy efficiency programs focused on
greenhouse gas reduction
Collaborate with team members while primarily working remotely,
attending the office bi-weekly
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Post-secondary education is preferred
Experience in a call-center environment or similar customer service
position
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and
Outlook
Accountability and reliability in work performance
