Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Group Leader to oversee
multiple product lines and drive revenue growth in a high-growth
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product lines to achieve revenue and profit targets while
overseeing expenses
Monitor non-financial KPIs and ensure long-term growth and success
of the product line
Lead cross-functional teams to set and communicate financial goals
and core KPIs for each product line
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within
SaaS
Proven track record of managing P&Ls with revenues of at least
$50MM
7+ years in progressive leadership roles with experience in driving
transformational initiatives
Strong experience in data-driven decision-making using financial
and operational KPIs
Proven experience in high-growth environments, successfully
managing rapid scale and change
