Job Description:
A company is looking for a Practice Specialist II to support the
onboarding of acquired practices and manage Epic Change Management
related to Ambulatory.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding processes for acquired practices, including
assessments and project coordination
Provide hands-on support for workflow and applications, promoting
standardization and best practices
Manage ambulatory onboarding projects, including communication and
project management tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an ambulatory healthcare
setting
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in practice acquisitions and EHR
system implementations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Data analysis skills
