Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Engagement Specialist to
enhance patient engagement through telephonic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to members to introduce the program and facilitate
enrollment and initial visit scheduling
Manage a daily queue of members, focusing on call completion and
enrollment metrics
Document interactions with members accurately and maintain
professional communication throughout
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher
preferred
Bilingual with high fluency in both English and Spanish
Experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly
preferred
