Retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume customer communications to resolution
Analyze customer needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance
satisfaction
Negotiate policy renewals and document all interactions in tracking
systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years in a call center environment
Preferred experience in retention call center roles
Property & Casualty license required
Able to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
Proficient in phone applications and G-Suite
