Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Sr. Counsel, Privacy &
Regulatory (REMOTE US).
Key Responsibilities
Manage outside counsel for acquisitions and litigation matters
Support product development teams on legal compliance related to
data privacy and licensing
Act as the primary liaison for privacy compliance and regulatory
matters
Required Qualifications
12+ years in a legal role focusing on data privacy and/or
government affairs
Direct experience managing an AI governance structure
Juris Doctorate Degree (or International Equivalent) or equivalent
work experience
In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
Familiarity with government regulations impacting the
technology/software industry
