Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Legal Counsel and Policy
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to create and implement child support program policies
and legal practices
Supervise the legal team and collaborate with state courts and the
private bar
Provide guidance to ensure program practices align with legal
standards
Required Qualifications
North Dakota license to practice law or ability to obtain one
Demonstrated success in family law litigation, preferably in child
support
Experience as a supervising attorney
