Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Legal Analysis Case Assistant
VA.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client interviews to gather information and explain
procedural requirements for U-Certs and related visa filings
Prepare necessary forms, petitions, and supporting documents for
filing, ensuring compliance with immigration laws
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain communication with
clients regarding their case status
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with
non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with proficiency in both written and
spoken communication
Previous experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a legal
capacity
Familiarity with family-based petitions, humanitarian visas, and
other USCIS applications is a plus
Experience with case management software and legal tools for
efficient file management
