Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter and People Generalist to
focus on technical recruitment and support office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for technology roles, partnering
with hiring managers to attract top talent
Manage workplace operations and administrative tasks to ensure
smooth office functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee
experience and support various projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in
technology roles
Experience in a global, multicultural environment or high-growth
SaaS/technology company
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and various
recruitment platforms
Ability to be physically present in the office 2-3 days per
week
