A company is looking for a Field Technical Support III.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing and fulfilling
customer requirements
Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support and manage
customer-relation issues promptly
Utilize proactive monitoring to identify and prevent potential
problems while maintaining departmental documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent
work experience
Typically 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in
customer support or a related field
Experience with HP products and account management is preferred
Knowledge of technical support processes and systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
