Come join the Technical Learning and Development team as a Sr.
Curriculum Developer/Program Manager. We are a fun-loving group of
L&D professionals that focus on maximizing Product Development
(PD) productivity and enabling Intuit's transformation and growth
by building critical technical skills across our PD community. We
provide a range of learning opportunities (instructor-led classes,
e-learnings, workshops, and tech talks) and resources to support
the growth and development of Intuit's tech ecosystem including
engineers, product managers, and designers. This is a highly
consultative and collaborative role in which you will collaborate
with key stakeholders across the organization to identify customer
education needs and develop engaging technical training content
that enables learners to effectively understand and use our
platform capabilities and grow their careers.Intuit provides a
competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance
rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position
is:San Francisco, CA $126,000 - $170,000San Diego, CA
$114,500-$155,000This position will be eligible for a cash bonus,
equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable

- Ability To
- Understand and navigate varying goals, deliverables, timelines,
and technologies leveraged by our development teams.
- Gather critical information needed to recommend, develop, and
implement technical curriculum (e-learning courses / workshops) to
train engineers.
- Create self-serve content and experiment with bite-sized
learning for fast adoption and success in partnership with
developer advocates.
- Instruct and/or deliver technical training content, as
necessary.
- Lead, influence, and impact people at multiple organizational
levels.
- Identify new learning resources, evaluate content, and
determine ongoing maintenance requirements for program
sustainability (technical support and content).
- Manage and develop learning roadmaps for varying
technologies.
- Think strategically in complex environments.
- Track and manage issues and risks consistently, transparently,
and accurately, be bold and take immediate action to mitigate or
remove them effectively.
- Establish strong relationships internally and externally to
facilitate successful outcomes.
- Build instructor-led material including chapter slides,
workshop guides, setup documents, train-the-trainer collateral,
instructor notes, and study guides.
- Collaborate with partners and SMEs to provide demos, recorded
lectures, and build eLearning content.
- Extensive knowledge of eLearning principles, adult learning
theory, instructional design (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), training
evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick), and deployment methods.
- Proficient in Google suite, MS Office, RISE, Articulate360,
Camtasia, and Evolve tools.
- Strong experience using design thinking principles to
understand customer needs, test, and measure results.
- Experience managing complex group dynamics and reacting to
content, priorities, and process changes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders
to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.
- Develop methods for evaluating program effectiveness and
understanding analytics for KPIs.
- Advanced facilitation skills for large group discussions and
managing dialogue between senior leaders and participants.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.How you
will lead
- Leading initiatives to deliver technical curriculum from
assessment to execution.
- Instilling a customer-driven innovation mindset with rapid
experimentation and iteration.
- Collaborating with vendors, business leaders, finance, HR,
SMEs, and L&D team members to assess and grow skills aligned
with company strategy.
- Assessing and improving current training materials and
approaches.
- Facilitating and coaching workshops, seminars, and
sessions.
- Training other leaders to facilitate and coach.
- Developing processes and materials for programs considering
global rollouts.
- Managing vendor relationships and budgets.
- Providing consulting on ad-hoc inquiries.
- Fostering an environment of innovation and risk-taking.
- Developing and running events like onboarding, hackathons, and
demos to boost morale and collaboration across engineering
teams.Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in Software Development,
Instructional Design, Program Management, Curriculum Development,
or related technical experience.
- Strong project and program management skills, including
prioritization, planning, attention to detail, and organizational
skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
