Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager III to manage
its virtual global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee personnel management, including hiring, onboarding, and
performance evaluations
Implement the Human Resourcing Strategic Plan and enhance
recruitment and onboarding processes
Lead the Culture Working Group to improve organizational culture
and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in human resources management
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of global hiring practices and remote workforce
management
Familiarity with HR and payroll management systems like SAP
Ability to work in ET and CET time zones
