Key Responsibilities
Evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of compensation
programs
Oversee the development and management of complex projects
Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for major
compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 8+ years of experience in
compensation or related fields, OR a Master's Degree with 6+ years
of experience
3+ years of people management experience
4+ years of compensation program design experience
