A company is looking for a Customer Product Trainer - Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and train customers on software, developing customized
training programs
Communicate regularly with customers to ensure their needs are met
and they are maximizing product value
Manage customer accounts and provide support, including
troubleshooting technical issues
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Significant experience in legal technology or AI-based software
platforms
Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in training
Interest in learning about new technology and software
Ability to work on cross-functional teams
