Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand
their travel insurance needs
Educate customers about insurance products, including coverage
options, benefits, and pricing
Assist customers in comparing different insurance plans to help
them make informed decisions
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably
in the insurance or travel industry
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection; speed-test required
Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning
