Job Description:
Medical Oncologist – California (Permanent Opportunity) This
role combines outpatient clinical care with access to integrated
services including infusion, radiation, imaging, surgery, and
clinical research. Position Highlights - Practice within a fully
integrated oncology center with an established patient base — no
need to build from scratch - Collaborative support team including
nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants,
schedulers, and patient navigation services - Access to clinical
trials and affiliations with major academic institutions - 4.5-day
clinical workweek with early finish on Friday - Dedicated physician
work areas and modern electronic medical record system Compensation
& Benefits - $500,000 base salary - Productivity incentive: $100
per wRVU earned - Opportunity to earn 7,500 wRVUs annually -

retirement) - Malpractice coverage provided Requirements - MD or DO
with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology -
3–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license -
