eligible urologist Reason for need: vacancy Average 25-35 patients
per day 2 NP in practice and 1 FT Urologist Site is looking into
purchase robotics Inpatient and outpatient coverage Very busy

Hospital employed position You’d be contracted with the group as
1099 independent contractor Guaranteed salary annually - Year 1 up
to 18 months base compensation of $500,000-565,000 (may vary
depending on market) $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over
2,490 (may vary depending on current MGMA) After 18 months move to
only wRVU model Sign-on bonus Relocation allowance 4 weeks of PTO 6
Paid Holidays 1 week of CME 1 Month to credential Lifestyle
