An ideal candidate works well with all ages, is attentive to the sequelae of chronic medical problems, and is a collaborative and interdisciplinary teammate. This role has a preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish and encourages new graduates to apply. Required Qualifications Attended an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree Current CA license Completed an accredited residency program DEA certificate Board eligible or board certified in primary care CPR certification Spanish fluency (preferred) Responsibilities Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries Manage acute and chronic health problems and preventative and rehabilitative care options for patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures, manage wounds and injuries, and educate patients on their treatment plans Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
