Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: Medical Technologist follows procedures, performs & documents chemical, microscopic, morphologic, immunologic, bacteriologic tests. Obtains accurate results within procedure limitations with a turnaround time as stated in the procedure manual. Follows Policy and Procedural guidelines for the communication of critical test results including the timeliness and documentation. Discovers & corrects problems in a timely manner.
