Job Description Job Description Looking to build your healthcare
skills in a one-of-a-kind summer setting? Girl Scouts San Diego is
seeking Healthcare Assistants to support camper and staff wellness
as part of our summer camp health team. Why Spend Your Summer With

Live and work in the scenic mountains of Julian, CA. Make a
meaningful impact in a close-knit camp community. What You'll Do
Camper & Staff Care: Assess and respond to illnesses and injuries
so campers can safely enjoy outdoor activities. Provide timely,
compassionate care and determine next steps in collaboration with
the healthcare supervisor. Health Center Operations & Teamwork:
Support daily operations of the Health Center alongside the
Healthcare Team. Collaborate with camp staff to manage medical
needs and activity accommodations. Documentation & Follow-Up:
Conduct routine camper health checks. Maintain accurate health
records and process medical forms. Commitment to Camp Life: Live
and work onsite from June 8 - July 25, 2026. What You Bring Age 21
by June 8, 2026 California-licensed PA, RN, NP, EMT, Paramedic, or
Military Medic (or currently enrolled in a certification program)
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification Confidence in providing
care for youth and adults in emergent and non-emergent situations.
Experience working with youth; overnight camp experience is a plus.
Comfortable living and working in a camp environment with variable
weather and communal living. Valid driver's license, reliable
transportation, and proof of insurance. Employment Dates &
Compensation Dates: June 8 - July 25, 2026 Pay: $143 - $148 per day
