Engage collaboratively with healthcare teams to effectively manage complex clinical situations and advocate for patients rights and needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient and family needs. Develop and implement individualized, culturally appropriate perioperative care plans. Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Provide education tailored to patient and family readiness and learning barriers. Serve as a patient and family advocate, promoting participation in care decisions. Document patient care accurately, adhering to clinical guidelines and protocols. Delegate tasks within the scope of nursing practice to appropriate team members. Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure seamless patient care. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate patient flow and outcomes. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with OR nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
