Job Description:
Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and
dedicated Licensed Psychologist (fully remote) to join our group
practice under this grant funded position by CCAH. This role is
ideal for a clinician who delivers high-quality, evidence-based
care, demonstrates strong clinical writing skills, and is committed
to measurable treatment progress and timely documentation. The
Psychologist will maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week ,
provide structured, outcomes-driven treatment, and develop
clinically sound, goal-oriented treatment plans. Strong
time-management skills are essential, as this position requires
balancing productivity expectations with exceptional clinical care.
Duties Provide individual therapy via telehealth using
evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed
approaches). Utilize structured outcome measures and standardized
tools to track and document treatment progress. Develop and
maintain clear, measurable treatment plans aligned with
best-practice clinical standards. Produce high-quality clinical
documentation consistent with ethical, legal, and grant-funding
requirements. Demonstrate excellent time-management to ensure
timely documentation, follow-up, and client care. Provide crisis
assessment, intervention, and safety planning as clinically
indicated. Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers,
and community partners. Participate in program meetings, case
consultation, and supervision (as applicable). Maintain
HIPAA-compliant records and uphold professional, legal, and ethical
standards. Requirements Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical,
Counseling, or School Psychology from an accredited institution.
Active California Psychologist license - newly licensed
psychologists are welcomed. Must be willing to be credentialed with
insurance panels associated with the grant. Experience delivering
evidence-based treatments in telehealth settings. Strong clinical
writing skills, including diagnostic formulation, progress
monitoring, and treatment planning. Familiarity with
outcome-tracking tools and behavioral health assessment measures.
Strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and ethical
decision-making. Excellent communication skills and ability to
collaborate within multidisciplinary systems. Highly desirable:
EMDR training or certification Gottman Level I–III training Prior
experience supervising staff or interns is a plus, but not
required. Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay:
