Job Description:
A company is looking for an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Remote
1099 Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with complex patient cases escalated by case management care
coaches
Provide triage and follow-up care directly with patients
Self-schedule shifts and be available for on-call duties during
specified hours
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current, unrestricted Compact Multi-State RN License
3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience in Case Management or Chronic Disease Management
Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based
applications
Availability for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week
