A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
(Clinical) to focus on clinical recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates through
various channels
Manage the ATS and internal job postings while implementing best
practices
Conduct candidate screenings and maintain relationships to ensure a
strong pipeline
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Work authorization in the United States with native or bilingual
English proficiency
Experience utilizing social media platforms for sourcing talent
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Project management skills in a fast-paced environment
