Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Pricing and Compliance Specialist to manage pharmaceutical charge compliance and optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain the pharmaceutical chargemaster, ensuring accurate pricing and coding
Perform coding, charge capture, and auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
Examine financial data and prepare reports to support operational decisions and monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent required
Three years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical billing, coding, or chargemaster management
Experience in pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, informatics, or compliance
1-2 years of statistical analysis experience preferred
Registered Pharmacist (RPH) certification required; CPC and CCS certifications preferred
