Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Dispatcher, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Route emergent and non-emergent encounters for different service
lines
Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to
ensure timely patient care
Manage incoming encounters through the encounter lifecycle
workflows processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center environment or
healthcare/IT
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and communication
tools
Ability to learn software and systems quickly
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
