Our therapists job satisfaction and support are just as important to us as our clients satisfaction with the excellent services they receive.*Radiant Kids Therapy currently has an opening for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to add to our amazing SLP team* in San Diego County*.* We are looking for an SLP who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.We see all of our young clients *in-home*. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in *one of the following areas, closest to where you live:** Central San Diego area* Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas* Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.* Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.* Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas* East County area* South Bay areaWe offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.*We are currently looking for licensed therapists with the following qualifications:** CA License or CF/RPE SLP License* Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred* Available for at least 8 hours/week (part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (full-time)* Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills* Time management and organizational skills* Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.)* Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license* Have good physical stamina and mental health* Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides* Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)* Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family* Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company* Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!*We are excited to announce: We are now able to accept Clinical Fellowship/Required Professional Experience (CF/RPE) SLPs*!*Compensation**Licensed SLPs:* Part-time hourly positions range from $61-70 per service hour. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $80,000-92,000, depending on experience and qualifications.*CF/RPEs* (during your first year): $78,000-80,000 base salary for full-time or $58-60 per service hour for part-time.*Generous bonus structures *make it feasible to achieve an *additional +$6K-12K/year* on top of your salary. *Specialty stipends* are available for *bilingual* (Spanish/English) fluency, *doctorate*, and/or *Hanen Certification*.
