Job DescriptionAccel Therapies is looking for an in-person ABA Clinic Coordinator to manage our ABA center located in La Quinta, CA. The ABA Clinic Coordinator is responsible for the overall growth and success of the clinic, managing client experience (including client intakes, checking benefits, etc.), staffing, training, local marketing, overseeing general administrative functions, and interacting with the kiddos! In addition, he/she will work closely with the Clinic Director.The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an ABA center supporting clients, families, external relationships, and multiple levels of employees. In addition, this candidate will be a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. He/she greets visitors and should have excellent communication skills. Client Intake, Coordination, & Scheduling - Support the overall client experience and be an excellent representative of Accel Therapies throughout these critical processes.Staff Hiring, Training, & HR - Work with centralized administrators to identify staff need and assist with recruiting, training, and human resources functions. - -General Administrative Functions - Manage important functions like local marketing and outreach, culture-building activities like Friday lunches and team events, and be the heartbeat of the center!   • Provide daily in person-support to the La Quinta center -One year of previous center management experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredABA experience preferredSuperb communication and organizational skillsBelieve in our mission to help kids with autism meet their developmental goalsBe really smart and really nice - lots of brain and personality!

    • A desire to help people and create an outstanding client experience
    • Bilingual in Spanish / English preferred
    • Proficiency with Google Docs
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude
    • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plusCompensation
      • $17-25 -per hour based on experience, education, etc.
