The need stems from growth and an increasing population. La Quinta, located east of the Coachella Valley, is a suburban community SW of Indio, CA which has a population of over 90,000 and is the fastest growing community in Riverside County. JFK Memorial hospital is just eight minutes from the practice.
This coveted IM practice is within a multi-specialty practice setting. An expansive modern MOB of 10,000 square foot features a grand shared-reception area with adult primary care physician offices are on one side and the subspecialty clinics are conveniently located on the he adjacent side. This MOB is home to private practices which include Cardiology, ENT, FM, GI, GS, Neuro, and Ortho. Ancillary support service including diagnostic and Hyperbaric are also located within.
