at Qualcomm is responsible for driving the strategy and execution
of Image Processing IP across Snapdragon devices, with a focus on
IoT markets such as action cameras, body-worn cameras, IP security
cameras, dash cams, and more. The position spans hardware,
software, and third-party feature integration, requiring a deep
understanding of the camera domain and image processing
technologies.The ideal candidate will bring strong domain
expertise, ecosystem awareness, and the ability to influence
cross-functional teams. This is a horizontal leadership role within
the product management organization.Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Planning
- Define and justify IP options for new chipsets.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry
benchmarks.
- Maintain and evolve Market Requirements Documents (MRDs),
Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and feature requests.
- Execution & Prioritization
- Prioritize engineering activities, resource allocation, and
program funding.
- Track execution through stakeholder coordination, dashboards,
and escalation management.
- Ecosystem & Partner Alignment
- Align product offerings with ecosystem partners (ISVs, HW
vendors, OS providers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain and
ecosystem partners to enhance Snapdragon platform value.
- Market & Technology Expertise
- Act as the subject matter expert on IoT camera markets and
image processing technologies.
- Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer pain
points, and competitor insights.
- Provide strategic feedback to the IoT BU and camera tech teams
for roadmap alignment.
- Communication & Influence
- Summarize business status, strategy, and tactical plans for
executive leadership.
- Evangelize the product vision across internal and external
stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or
related field.
--- 5+ years of Product Management or related work
experience.Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 5+ years of experience in image processing or camera
technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and

Benefits:$179,200.00 - $268,800.00The above pay scale reflects the
broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the
