Key Responsibilities
Drive global strategy to enhance customer experience for both
customers and shoppers
Develop and track customer success metrics and improve customer
satisfaction goals
Design and launch customer support infrastructure and formal
customer support programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years in customer-facing service, retail operations, and
operational support
Strong quantitative skills for data analysis and identifying
opportunities
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships internally and
externally
Relentless customer obsession with a strong desire to invent and
simplify
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
