Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; MBA or advanced

15+ years of experience in service design, organizational design,
or management consulting
Proven experience leading complex projects that drive
organizational change
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven
decision-making
Proficiency in creating presentations that effectively communicate
data-driven narratives
