Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting and
Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the financial reporting process and ensure timely submission
of financial statements
Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and
maintain SEC reporting files
Develop and implement SOX compliant accounting policies and assist
with technical accounting projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Experience with accounting and reporting systems
Big 4, regional or national accounting firm experience
preferred
CPA license preferred
