Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Legal Services -
Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, negotiate, and revise various contracts with
clients and third parties
Provide legal advice and counsel to business teams regarding
contractual obligations and risks
Supervise the contract lifecycle process and maintain corporate
governance functions
Required Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in at least one state and an active member
in good standing with a state bar
Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law
school
A minimum of five years of experience in-house or at a law firm
Significant experience negotiating complex commercial
agreements
Experience with real estate or hotel management agreements,
technology, and marketing agreements is a plus
