A company is looking for a Vice President, Content
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Co-create and execute a multi-year vision for product development
aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals
Set the strategic direction for curriculum development and guide
innovation efforts to enhance instructional rigor and equitable
learning outcomes
Recruit and develop a diverse team while fostering a collaborative
culture focused on equity and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work
experience
A minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum development,
educational publishing, EdTech, or PK-12 education sectors
At least 8 years in a senior leadership role with strategic
oversight and decision-making responsibilities
Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional product teams
and strategy implementation
Expertise in math education research, standards alignment, and
instructional equity
