Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payment Processing
and Chargeback Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily payment lifecycles including card processing, ACH,
reconciliations, and funding
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff while
identifying process improvement opportunities
Analyze trends in payment errors and collaborate with teams to
resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in Payment Operations, Treasury,
or Finance Operations
Deep understanding of ACH and Credit Card processing and financial
compliance standards
Experience managing KPIs and reporting in high-volume payment
environments
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Extensive chargeback experience
